Pastry chef Mitch Blanco’s early education at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts of Miami and the Cocoa Barry Chocolate Academy led him to a career in some of the Bay Area’s top restaurants, including Campton Place Hotel, Gary Danko, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.


Mitch is well known for striking the delicate balance of flavor and texture with a stunning visual appearance to create a unique experience.


Mitch has been afforded the ability to attend and cook at the James Beard House on two occasions and has also been given the opportunity to demonstrate his skills on NBC and PBS segments.


He will share his expertise in everything from fine dining desserts to large corporate events
